The Management Board of Atende S.A., acting pursuant to § 80 par. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodical reporting by issuers of securities and conditions under which the legally required information originating in a non-member state can be deemed equivalent thereof (Journal of Laws of 2018 it. 757), hereinafter referred to as the ′Regulation′, hereby informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023:

individual annual report for 2022 – 29 March 2023;

consolidated annual report for 2022 – 29 March 2023;

consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2023 – 16 May 2023;

consolidated semiannual report for the 1st half of 2023 – 12 September 2023;

consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2023 – 14 November 2023.

The Management Board of Atende S.A. declares that, pursuant to § 79 par. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2022 and consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2023.

The Management Board of Atende S.A. declares that, pursuant to § 62 par. 1 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate individual quarterly reports, and consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information of the parent company, covering information specified in § 66 par. 1-4, par. 5 (the first sentence), par. 8 point 13 and par. 9 of the Regulation.

The Management Board of Atende S.A. declares that the consolidated semiannual report for the 1st half of 2021 will contain abridged semi-annual financial statements, on the basis of, within the scope of and in accordance with the provisions of § 62 par. 3 and par. 5 of the Regulation.
